Refund & Cancellation Policy

Standard (mentorship cohorts)

• Cooling‑off: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t accessed paid content or attended live sessions.
• After 7 days or after accessing content/live calls: All sales are final for cohorts and mentorships (your seat is reserved and capacity‑limited).

General Terms

• Payment plans: You are committing to the full program price; installments continue unless a refund is approved under the rules above.
• Chargebacks: Please contact support first; friendly chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
• Digital products (templates, recordings): Non‑refundable after download/access.
• Scheduling fees or third‑party costs: Non‑refundable if already incurred.

How to request a refund

Email contato@borderlesscoding.com with your order ID and reason. We respond within 5 business days.

Refund method & timing

Returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (processor dependent).

Abuse prevention

We may deny repeated refund requests by the same customer.
